Abraham Lincoln was born in 1809 in Kentucky.
He was shot was assented in 1865 while in a theater by John Wilkes booth in the back of the head because John thought he was getting revenge for the south by killing him.
Abraham Lincoln was a very important man. He was our 16Th president of the United States. He helped abolish slavery in the south. He did alot during his time as president and he just one re-election as well. He married Mary Todd and had four boys with her. his dad left him when he was only 8 years old and his mom died when he was 10 years old.
